Girls on the Run participation is a twice-a-week commitment: Sundays 4 – 5:45 p.m. and Thursdays 3:15 – 5 p.m., February through April (except for school holidays/breaks). Please do not register if your daughter cannot attend both days. Please contact Melissa Golden (melissakgolden@gmail.com) with TCS Girls on the Run questions.

What is Girls on the Run?
Girls on the Run is a transformational, physical activity based, positive development program for girls in 3rd-5th grade. It teaches life skills through dynamic interactive lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event.
