Meet Jaime Conner, The Children’s School’s new 6th grade humanities teacher!
Jaime brings 25 years of experience across grade levels and settings. She’s taught grades from kindergarten through college, and from Cobb County classrooms to online learning with Georgia Cyber Academy, where she was named District Teacher of the Year in 2018.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jaime moved back to Atlanta this summer after several years in Florida. She now lives in Chamblee with her 12-year-old daughter, Bethany, and their two tabby cats, Joey and Sassy.
A proud third-generation teacher, Jaime is passionate about helping young people think critically and love learning. Her educational journey has been full of perseverance, humor, and heart. We know she’ll bring that same spirit to our middle grades team!
